In order to submit an online leasing application, please complete the following steps:
Online Application
The LOOP has 48 apartment units that accommodate between 2 and 6 students. We welcome groups or individuals to apply, and we're happy to help find suitemates if you'd like. Make sure to create your own unique group name on your online application, using the same group name will help us to match your application with those of your preferred suite mates.
ID Verifications
Submit a copy of a valid photo identification (driver license, passport, etc.) for the Applicant. Identification should be scanned (or photographed with a smartphone) and uploaded to the Rental Application Form or sent via email to verifications@theloopiv.com.
Parental Guaranty
Have your Guarantor complete and sign a Guaranty of Lessee’s Obligations & Guarantor Application online, and then mail us a notarized copy. The Guaranty must be filled out and signed online by parent or other qualified guarantor, and must then be printed, notarized, and returned via mail to:

That's it! Once everyone in your group has submitted a complete application one of our leasing reps will call to schedule a time to come review the available units, and sign your lease. Unit selection and leasing decisions will be prioritized by order of receipt of complete applications. Final leasing decisions will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Owner and Property Manager.
